SNAP software: critical updates
We have just become aware that the single-user versions of SNAP-SpLD v3 and SNAP Together require urgent updates to maintain the quality of use. SNAP-Behaviour, and the network version of SNAP Together, are unaffected.
This is solely a licensing date issue: it does not affect the pupil or SNAP assessment data stored, any profiling or calculations based on the data, or reports generated from it. It only affects the management of the licence itself.
You can resolve the issue quickly and easily by downloading the appropriate ‘patch’:
- For SNAP-SpLD (versions 3.0 and 3.1 only), click here to download the patch.
- For SNAP-Together (single-user version 1.0 only), click here to download the patch.
Then click Run to install the update. Your original licence period will be unchanged.
